A quick note to advise the relevant lists that at 2am AEST on April 1st the states currently observing Daylight Savings Time will switch back to non DST alignment.
As such, some minor changes (not directly affecting end users) have been enabled on the ACSS booking system regarding 'look-ahead' booking windows where conferences are populated in advance to the AARNet MCUs.
Please ensure all of your own internal systems are adjusted accordingly, and as this is the first time we have implemented the DST->Non-DST transition on the ACSS system, take a moment to check your personal timezone settings in your ACSS account through the 'My preferences'/'Edit preferences' menu option at http://acss.aarnet.edu.au.
Additionally, works have been tentatively scheduled to upgrade software on the Codian MCUs as follows:
Codian SD - Wed 11th April 8pm to 10pm AEST
Codian HD - Sat 14th April 10am – 12pm AEST
Formal notifications will be posted to affected users closer to the scheduled works date on relevant equipment.
