How about running your "second Life" on a pc, starting a VC on a H.323 codec with 30 fps H.239 power (any HDX or C40-c90 will do the job) and capture the SL Window with H.239, connect the audio out of the PC with the audio in of the Codec, dial into the MCU and choose the H.239 stream as voice activated video.
Should work, we did this a couple of times with skype (shame on me:-)).
