This list is for the discussion, distribution and notifcation of material about communications legisation. Of particular interest are the effects of the obligations contained within the Telecommunications Act.

Subscribing to Oblig-L

Subscribe to Oblig-L by filling out the following form. This is a closed list, which means your subscription will be held for approval. You will be notified of the administrator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the members list is available only to the list administrator.

    You must enter a privacy password. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext.
